What is the difference between a Semi-Custom Graphics Kit and a Full Custom Graphics Kit?

​

Semi-Custom is a pre-made base design where you can have your name and number put on, and change all logos and colors. However, the base design will stay the same. A Full Custom Kit is created completely from scratch to fit the ideas you would like your dream bike to look like, along with your name, number and logos.  Both Semi-Custom and Fully Custom kits come with shroud decals, front and rear fender decals, side and front number plate decals, swingarm decals, airbox decals, and fork guard decals. And quite a few mini number plates!

Can I return my item/graphics for a refund?

We do not accept returns on custom items. You will be eligible for a refund if there is an error on our end. Customer errors will not receive refunds. You are responsible for clarifying your hybrid equipment (ex: Cycra Stadium Number Plate), all graphics will be printed to fit stock plastics for the bike specified.

Do you have a template for my bike?

We carry most modern MX bikes from the current year all the way back to 1990.

Can I order something CRAZY CUSTOM never before seen?

Yes! Purchase the "Full Custom Kit" listed at $50 (design fee) and send us your ideas/images of what you would like your dream bike to look like. An additional $175 will be invoiced to you after final proof is accepted. ($225 total)

Will I receive an art proof of what my graphics will look like after my order is placed?

Yes! All art proofs are given free of charge. You have unlimited proofs to make as many changes as you would like. Art proofs are sent on all custom items included MX Graphics and Clothing and Accessories. Proofs are usually sent to customers 1-2 business days after order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Your graphics will be printed and shipped within 24hrs after art proof is accepted. They usually arrive within 7 business days after proof is accepted. We are not responsible for weather delays in shipping.

Is ordering on this website secure?

Yes, all transactions on our site are conducted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can tell a secure website by checking the first letters of the URL. ("https"= secure) ("http"=unsecure).

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately after your order is placed to make a change or cancel. Due to fast turnaround times you will not be guaranteed a refund 24hrs after art proof is approved. If you do not like the way your graphics look after the art proof, and if we cannot get them just right for you, you may cancel at any time for a full refund. If your custom item is already printed, you will be charged for reprinting changes on items and not receive a refund unless it is our error.
